Well, I suppose that you mean from a secular or non-Christian source? From a non-Biblical source? From a source other than the knowing heart of a faithful Christian? If so, then the answer is yes, and from an unlikely source—The Jewish Talmud. Those who hated Him so much that they arraigned to have Him killed based upon their false witness (lies, perjured testimony), have unwittingly forever memorialized Him in their vile "holy" book, the Babylonian Talmud.
Oh, there are written Roman records of this Jesus, but the Jew's religious writings are a source that no one on Earth could claim to be lying to support Jesus Christ. Therefore, when the existence of the Jesus of the New Testament is documented in the Judaic's holiest book (esteemed above the Hebrew Bible by the rabbis) it must carry weight.
The Talmud makes numerous references to Jesus Christ. The Talmud documents that they killed Him (they claim that they rightly did so by "Jewish" law). The Talmud confirms that Jesus was from Nazareth, that His mother's name was Mary, that He performed miracles (but they attribute it to sorcery), and even places Jesus Christ in the correct Roman era.
So, ironically, while they certainly didn't mean to, the great enemies of God and Christ while attempting to defame Him have unwittingly preserved a confirmatory written record other than the Holy Bible that Jesus Christ did in fact exist and walk this Earth.
1 Corinthians 1:27-29 27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29 That no flesh should glory in his presence. KJV
Of course, the Talmud ascribes at least five deaths to this Jesus, states that He is forever in hell boiling in hot feces (and in boiling semen in one account!), and that His mother Mary was a whore who "slept with many men," that His real father was a Roman soldier who sired Him in a brothel, and that he was born niddah (unclean) in that they say that His mother Mary conceived Him while she was menstruating. Yes, all these things are written in the Jew's Talmud, but Christians aren't told this and their clergy appears to be willingly ignorant of them. These blasphemies shall be visited upon every religious Jew on Judgment Day; for they partake in the evil deed by upholding the vile book containing these greatest of blasphemies.
Psalms 37:9-20 9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth. 10 For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. 11 But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. 12 The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth. 13 The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming. 14 The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation. 15 Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken. 16 A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked. 17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the Lord upholdeth the righteous. 18 The Lord knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever. 19 They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied. 20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the Lord shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away. KJV
Yet, no doubt that your Christian preacher told you that the "Jews" are "God's chosen people." Obviously, there is a problem here.
