A birthright sold 30 years ago.
Government papers just released by the Public Record Office under the 30year rule will become startling relevant tomorrow when, as seems likely, the Court of Appeal upholds the criminal convictions of the & c "metric martyrs"" on the grounds that EU laws now override those passed by the British Parliament. One document newly come to light is a secret 30-page memorandum headed "Sovereignty and the European Communities", written in 1971 by a senior Foreign Office official. This predicted that it would take 30 years for the British people to wake up to the true nature of the European project that Edward Heath was about to take them into, by which time it would be too late for them to do anything about it.
The. document (FCO 30/1048) makes clear that the European Community was headed for economic, fiscal and monetary union, with a common defence and foreign policy, which would constitute the greatest handover of national sovereignty in our history. Since Community law would take precedence over laws passed by Parliament power to legislate would progressively pass to the "bureaucratic Commission in Brussels", and inevitably, the document predicted, this would lead to a decline in the prestige of Parliament, which would "exacerbate popular feeling of alienation from government".
It would therefore become a major responsibility, not only for the government but for "all political parties not to exacerbate public concern by attributing unpopular measures... to the remote and unmanageable workings of the Community". In other words, politicians of all parties should be careful to conceal the fact that unpopular laws derived from Brussels. By this means it might be possible to preserve the illusion that the British government was still sovereign, "for this century at least".
Even in 1971, as emerges from other documents just released, the government was keenly aware that one such "unpopular measure" would be Brussels's determination to outlaw the selling of goods in pounds and ounces. British officials warned that this "might raise serious parliamentary and public opinion difficulties for us" and "we may soon have another case like fisheries on our hands". A note to Mr Heath from John Davies, his trade and industry secretary, explained that this would force Britain to abandon its policy of trying to introduce metrication voluntarily. Metrication would have to be imposed by law, and it was vital to bush this up, or it would be used to make propaganda by the "anti Marketeers".
How apt therefore that it should be precisely this issue which, after the century's end, has prompted the courts to spell out to the British people just how completely their sovereignty has been lost As Judge Morgan put it in Sunderland last April, in a judgment likely to be upheld tomorrow, we have "voluntarily surrendered the once seemingly immortal concept of the sovereignty of Parliament". If only any British politician had been so honest the five defendants in court tomorrow might have known where they stood before the case began, because all the Appeal Court judges will be doing is to rub in what the Foreign Office knew in 1971. But for reasons now made clear, Mr Heath and his officials were very keen that we should not he told.
Judge rules that EU has no power over parliament
The Court of Appeal may have confirmed last week that it is a criminal
offence to sell a pound of bananas, but buried in Lord Justice Laws's judgment
was a highly significant point generally missed. Reporting on the case suggested
that EU law must override the wishes of Parliament in all respects. Hence for
instance, the front page of Sun which carried the word headline "Surrender".
But this was not what the judge said. He was anxious to underline
that Parliament has no power to give away its sovereignty. EU law can
only override the will of Parliament because Parliament agrees to allow it to do
so through European Communities Act. But there is nothing in this act the judge
explained, which allows the EU or any of its institutions, including the
European Court of Justice to "qualify the conditions of Parliament's legislative
supremacy in the United Kingdom. Not because the legislature chose not to allow
it; because by our law it could not allow it." The EU cannot overrule
Parliament: "Being sovereign, it cannot abandon its sovereignty."
If Parliament wishes to with draw from the EU by repealing the
European Communities Act, the judge confirmed, it is entirely free to do so.
It is equally free to enact laws contradict EU law, although these must
state explicitly that this is the intention. Only because this was not done by
the 1985 Weights and Measures Act permitting traders to continue selling in
pounds and ounces, could this Act he overruled by EU law.
Another point generally missed was the judge's ruling that Sunderland City Co
is not entitled to 55,000 costs for its original case against Steve Thoburn, the
first of the "metric martyrs" to Last April Sunderland's Lawyers forgot to apply
for costs. In September, although they were months out of time, district judge
retrospectively granted costs against Mr Thoburn. Last week this was over ruled
by Lord Justice Laws.
Now the council has asked Department of Trade and Industry to foot the bill,
arguing it was unfair that the costs should fall on the ratepayers of
Sunderland. They are quite happy for Mr Thoburn to pay his costs, but when they
themselves make a mistake, they expect to be reimbursed by the taxpayers.

McNeil, The New York Times, International Version, March 13, 2001."Paris --
March 13 -- The first outbreak of foot-and-mouthh disease to spread from Britain
to the European continent has been found on a dairy farm in western France,
health officials said today. The disease was found in a herd of 114 cows that
had been grazing near a neighbouring farm's sheep imported from Britain, where
the epidemic was discovered on Feb. 19.
The sheep were all slaughtered last week as a precaution; none of their
carcasses tested positive for the disease. But six cows showed
symptoms of foot-and-mouth disease on Monday, so the
entire herd was killed Monday night and were to be incinerated today."The point
I want you to notice in this paragraph, above, is that a French farmer lost his
entire herd, not to mention his income, based upon nothing more than "symptoms"
being observed in only six cows.
The cattle were not set aside to be quarantined, to be tested for the
disease, but were immediately slaughtered. Afterward, tests showed that "none of
their carcasses tested positive for the disease". My father owned a dairy farm
when I was growing up, and so I am familiar with animals. I knew that
foot-and-mouth disease might occur, but was not something with which we could
not deal. We knew that, if we ever had an animal contract foot-and-mouth
disease, we were to simply separate the animals we suspected of having the
disease, and to contact the veterinarian, to treat our sick animals. We knew
that we might have to put an animal or two down, but never, ever did we envision
losing an entire herd.
And, never, ever did a government official show up to take matters into his
own hands and slaughter all the healthy animals also. Had an attempt been made
to slaughter perfectly healthy animals, my Dad and his entire neighbourhood of
farmers and ranchers would have immediately protested and mightily resisted.
Guns might have even come out! Losing a herd in the difficult occupation of a
farmer and rancher can mean losing his house, his land, and all his possessions!
A few weeks ago, in Hong Kong, a Chinese doctor explained that they were not
going to slaughter entire herds, and echoed the sentiment I expressed, above.
Foot-and-mouth disease is not so horrible as to cause this kind of reaction. I
have spoken with a Cutting Edge subscriber who is a medical doctor, and he has
expressed amazement and puzzlement as to why the governments in Britain and
Europe are obviously over-reacting to this kind of tremendous degree. He

highly infectious. But, once a farmer discovers that some of his cattle, or
sheep, or hogs, or goats have foot-and-mouth disease, he doesn't have to

This information is critically important, and in light of the disastrous
over-reaction by British and French governments, is shocking beyond belief.
First, we learn that, even though this disease is highly infectious, it only
"kills a small percentage of affected animals", usually the old and the young.
If only a small percentage of the infected animals die, then why are entire
herds being destroyed because of only a few animals being found infected? We
shall come back to this subject shortly, but let us continue to point two of
this most important fact file.Secondly, we learn that "Most animals could
recover from the virus". Now, the mystery deepens as to why farmers are losing
all their herds, which means that many of them will lose their farms and ranches
as well; you know that whatever government compensation is paid them, it will
not be nearly enough to cover all their losses.
In fact, this fact file later states that, in 1967-8, during the last
outbreak, the losses were 150 million British pounds, but the governments paid
out only 27 million pounds in compensation. You can rest assured that a
considerable of farmers and ranchers lost their properties and their way of
life.Keep this fact in mind, for we shall return to it later.Thirdly, this fact
file tells us that a vaccine is available, but is rarely used in the European
Union, which includes Great Britain. If a vaccine is available and effective in
the rest of the world, why isn't it being rushed to the farms of the European
Union in order to save the farmers from financial disaster? In all the news
devoted to the foot-and-mouth disease, I have never heard of a concerted effort
being made to get the vaccine to the herds.
Furthermore, this is not the first time farmers in the European Union have
had to contend with this disease, so why hasn't the vaccine been in constant use
over these past years? Use of such a vaccine would be preserving farmer's
incomes, their farms, and their entire way of life. Remember this fact, for we
shall return to this subject later.Let us return to this article:"If the vaccine
is available, why not use it? Vaccination is ruled out mainly for commercial
reasons. Vets say vaccinated animals, although free of symptoms, can carry the
virus and pass it on to other animals. As a result countries considered free of
the disease refuse to import vaccinated livestock.
If the UK decided on vaccination instead of slaughter it would be unable to
export livestock to key markets in Europe and the USA."While this consideration
is important, it does not answer the question as to why the animals infected
cannot be isolated, healthy herds preserved, so that the farmers can still sell
their healthy animals to their domestic markets, even at reduced prices!
Furthermore, if the vaccine is used throughout the world, just not in the
European market, then from whom does the rest of the world import their meat?
Listen again to the relevant paragraph, quoted above:"
There is a vaccine available which is rarely used in the European Union, but
widely used in some other parts of the world." So, I ask the question again: if
the rest of the world uses this vaccine "widely" then why would they turn around
and refuse to accept vaccinated herds from the European Union? The Fact File
then addresses the issue as to whether humans are at risk. "Are humans in
danger? No. Doctors say there is no risk to human health. The disease should not
be confused with the similarly named, but completely different condition called
hand, foot and mouth disease, which can infect and cause illness, particularly
in children.""There is no risk to human health."
Hundreds of thousands of healthy animals are being slaughtered even though
the following is all true:1. Only a small percentage of the animals are actually
infected, which means that the vast majority of slaughtered animals being killed
are perfectly healthy. To date, in Britain, only 228 cases have been confirmed,
but over 150,000 animals have already been killed, and 100,000 new-born sheep
are going to be slaughtered.2. The vast majority of infected animals will
recover .
Herds can become decimated only if the farmer does not take the immediate
precaution of separating infected animals from healthy. But, even the vast
majority of the infected animals will recover.3. There is no risk to humans
whatsoever . Foot-and-mouth disease cannot jump the species barrier from animals
to humans. The article quoted at first, about the disease in France, captures
this lack of danger to humans most succinctly. Listen: "... foot-and-mouth
rarely infects humans and meat from infected animals is safe to eat." The impact
of this information is huge? Human beings can eat meat from infected animals and
not be affected? We can eat infected meat and not become ill or die? Another
article states that humans can even drink milk from infected animals and not get
ill

Then, what in blazes is going on? Why are government officials reacting as if
foot-and-mouth disease is so serious they must slaughter entire herds? Such
drastic action is understandable only if human health were seriously
threatened.Consider the cost to the entire economy versus the number of animals
actually infected:* "Rural Britain has 191 reported cases of the disease so far,
and the area has been virtually closed - public footpaths cut off, farms
quarantined even from human visitors, the $18 billion-a-year countryside tourism
industry crippled. " [French cattle article, above] This is a lot of reaction to
only 191 infected animals, most of whom will ultimately survive the disease!
Consider the situation in France:* "
The disease was found in a herd of 114 cows ... none of their carcasses
tested positive for the disease" [Ibid.] This article went on to say that only 6
of the 114 cows even showed any symptoms, but none of the carcasses tested
afterwards were positive.* "A week ago, France announced a nation-wide 15-day
ban on moving any cattle, sheep, pigs, goats or horses, except those taken for
slaughter. It has already killed 50,000 sheep as a precaution;" [Ibid.]
This is a lot of sheep to kill just as a "precaution", as these bland
statistics are producing very real financial disasters for a lot of hardworking
farmers just trying to make a living. Other articles are reporting that farmers
and ranchers are beside themselves with anger and frustration against their
government, which is literally putting them out of business, and potentially
devastating an entire way of life and an entire vital food industry.Consider the
situation in Great Britain:* The total number of cattle, sheep and pigs
identified for slaughter - or already dead - has passed 150,000. Some 19 new
outbreaks were confirmed yesterday bringing the total of ... 183. Another 122
have been destroyed because they were considered 'dangerous contacts'." [Drudge

Now, let me get this statistic straight: only 183 animals were found to be
infected. But, for this small number 150,000 animals have been slaughtered!
Farmers have to be going out of business right and left!A related story confirms
the 183 infected animals. "The cases of foot-and-mouth in France were the first
to be found outside of Britain, where as of Tuesday, the tally of infected
animals rose to 183 ... The killing of livestock as a precautionary measure
continues in Britain. The London Mirror reported 155,000 animals have been
earmarked as at risk for exposure to foot-and-mouth, with 116,000 having already
been killed."

So, because less than 200 animals have been positively identified with
foot-and-mouth disease, the government has slaughtered 80,000 as of March 11 and
will slaughter another 34,000 "suspected" of carrying the disease! Reports as of
yesterday [March 13], quoted above, place the number of slaughtered animals at
150,000, based on less than 200 animals actually having a disease that presents
no danger to humans, and from which most infected animals will recover!
Officials in British and European governments are overreacting to such a huge
degree, this should be the story and not the numbers of animals actually killed.
Even though the problem is so small, this public statement by a British official
seems to capture the overreacting problem in a nutshell. Listen:"Britain's Chief
Veterinary Officer Jim Scudimore said Saturday he was shocked at the scale of
the problem and admitted the "very rapid spread" of the disease had taken
experts by surprise."
[Ibid ]What "scale of the problem"? Having 200 animals infected out of
millions does not a disaster make.

So, the question of the hour is simply: "What in the world is going on?"
Since so many other signs point to the soon implementation of the Kingdom of
Antichrist, we might consider that this officially-inspired panic might fit into
this coming world scheme. Our question might rightly be: "What In The New World
Order is going on? "
House of Theosophy leader, Alice A. Bailey, wrote clearly what the ultimate
goal of the appearance of Antichrist would be like. Writing in her monumentally
important book, The Externalisation of the Hierarchy , Bailey wrote, "It is only
in the later stages, and when the time has come for the return into recognised
physical expression of the Christ, leading to the definite restoration of the
Mysteries, that certain of the senior Members of the Hierarchy will appear and
take outer and recognizable physical control of world affairs." [Page 570]
Since we know that Alice Bailey is simply the human instrument through which
the powerful demon, "Master D.K." speaks, we know that this statement carries
the supernatural power of Satan. Let us quickly examine the elements of this
statement so we can better understand what Master D.K. is saying here.* "...
when the time has come for the return into recognised physical expression of the
Christ ..." This statement means literally that Antichrist [The Christ] has
arisen on the world stage, amidst his foretold "signs and wonders".
Antichrist will have assumed "recognised physical expression", which is
occult jargon meaning you will see him on the world stage.* "... leading to the
definite restoration of the Mysteries ..." When Antichrist arises, he will
immediately restore the ancient Mysteries religion to public worship! This
ancient mysteries religion is the religion of Satan worship that dates all the
way back to the Babylonian Empire of Nimrod. When righteous Shem put down this
worship, defeated and killed Nimrod, and slaughtered all the Luciferin priests,
he drove the entire system underground, where it became a system of secret
societies. Master D.K. speaks more of this planned restoration just a few pages
later. "This second group will implement the new religion by the time they come
into control, the old theological activities will have been completely broken
...in preparation for the restoration of the Mysteries.
These Mysteries, when restored, will unify all faiths." [Page 573]Now, we
know the Mysteries IS a religion. It is a Luciferin Mystery Religion. And, it
will culminate in the unification of all religions. This goal is precisely the
goal of the Ecumenical Movement today; indeed, New Age writers are quite clear
and quite unanimous in declaring that the present-day Ecumenical Movement is the
immediate precursor to the New World Order Religion of The Christ.
Thus, the Luciferin worship, called The Mysteries, will be fully established
on earth. All aspects of public life will be governed by these Luciferin
Mysteries. Did you know that one of the enduring common points shared by occult
groups throughout the ages has been that they are strict vegetarians ? The New
Age Dictionary captures this truth most succinctly:"vegetarian ... one who is
sound, whole, fresh, lively, non meat eater; dietary pattern and lifestyle
associated with Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Taoism, Zoroastrianism,
Pythagoreanism, the Essenes, Trappists, Benedictines, Cathusians ..."

of occult groups throughout history has been their practice of vegetarianism.
Both Black and White Magic groups practice vegetarianism. The Black Magick
German group called the Lebensreform in Vienna, Austria, was noted in that they
"practiced vegetarianism and discussed the doctrines of Pythagoras and the
Neo-Platinists in Vienna in the 1870's." [The Occult Roots of Nazism, Nicolas

This group was influential in beginning the occult movement in Germany that
would eventually allow Adolf Hitler to arise.Adolf Hitler and his Nazis were
vegetarians. In fact, at the beginning of World War II, Hitler forced all his
troops to be vegetarians. This short-sighted practice came to an abrupt end when
the German generals leading the German advance into Russia sent a strongly
worded collective message to Hitler than their troops could not fight
effectively because their vegetarian diet did not give them the stamina to fight
the Russians, especially during harsh weather.
Hitler reversed the vegetarian order.Why would occultists want to practice
only vegetarianism? Each person is slightly different, and different groups
teach slightly different doctrines, but the following is a list of some of the
reasons occultists tend to be vegetarians.
1. God, Adonay, of the Jewish and Christian Holy Bible, taught that men
should eat meat. In Acts 10:9-16, the Apostle Peter received a vision from God
in which a sheet was lowered from Heaven, filled with all kinds of animals, both
those God had previously declared "clean" and those God had declared "unclean".
God commanded, "Rise, Peter; kill, and eat." In Leviticus 11:2, God said, "These
are the beasts which ye shall eat ..." Then, in verses 3-45, God told the
Israelites everything they could, and could not eat. But, God did allow cattle,
sheep, and goats to be eaten. Isn't it interesting that these are the
very animals being senselessly slaughtered in Europe and Britain
today?
An interesting precept is that, when Satan is not busily counterfeiting God,
he is just as busily reversing God's commands and precepts. Thus, whereas God
considers the Right Hand the preferred place in His Kingdom, Satan considers the
Left Hand to be his preferred place. If God said man can eat the meat of certain
animals, Satan teaches the doctrine of Vegetarianism. To be sure, not every
occultist is a vegetarian, but so many are that Vegetarianism is a consistently
key doctrine.2. Evolution teaches that man is just an animal further up the
Evolutionary Ladder.
Therefore, many practitioners of the occult believe that man has no right
whatsoever to kill the other animals lower down the Evolutionary Ladder. This
belief is key to understanding such Animal Rights Advocates such as P.E.T.A.
[People for the Ethical Treatment of A animals].Many Conservatives were mightily
upset to discover that extreme Environmentalists had been appointed to key
positions in the Clinton Administration, and were aggressively implementing the
extreme agenda through edicts emanating from the Administrative Branch.
Illuminists consider extreme Environmental issues to be a key part of their
destruction of the present Industrial Civilization; but, Vegetarianism is near
and dear to their hearts as well.3. Most occultists believe in Reincarnation ,
another common thread amongst occultists of every era. If an occultist believes
in the Hindu version of Reincarnation, they believe they could easily be eating
old Uncle Henry or Aunt Alice.
Thus, they tend toward Vegetarianism.There is strong evidence that, when the
Mysteries are "restored to outer expression", that society is going to totally
change to reflect all the values of the Satanism of which it is comprised. These
values include a practice of Vegetarianism. The Illuminati plans to convert the
entire world to a practice of Vegetarianism once they take over, and their
Christ is in place. Therefore, if the world is as close to the End of the Age as
we think it is, then is it not logical to think that a major conditioning might

Might it not be reasonable to expect that a major effort might be underway to
so scare the people about eating meat, so that they would just begin a diet
regimen that did not include meat. The Global Warming scare has demonstrated to
Illuminist leaders that they can lie through their teeth and the great majority
of people will believe them. They can throw bogus scientific "facts" and figures
at an unsuspecting populace, and have them believed by enough people to convince
an ever larger proportion of the population. As we learned in the Six Step

people merely because of the repetition of it all through the Mass Media.

problem, and they are slaughtering mostly healthy
animals.
So, the effect of what they are doing is both short-term and long-term.In the
short-term, authorities are scaring a lot of people into thinking that maybe
eating meat itself is a danger from which they should shy away. A lot of people
will decide that, just to be safe from now on, they will keep themselves, and
their loved ones, away from the consumption of meat. After all, Mad-Cow disease
IS fatal to humans, and if it ever spreads like this foot-and-mouth disease,
then the human population is at risk.
If this theory is correct, you may expect to see Mad-Cow disease mentioned in
the same news articles at foot-and-mouth disease. Most people will then lump
them together in their minds. DESTROYING FARMERS, THEIR ENTIRE INDUSTRY, THEIR
WAY OF LIFE Also in the short-term, authorities are unnecessarily causing many
family-owned farms to go into bankruptcy. The Illuminati has had the family -
owned farm in its gun-sights ever since World War I, and has been steadily
developing one rule after another, endless government "assistance" programs, and
one contrived crisis after another -- all designed to
drive the family owner off his farm.
My Dad always lamented the post-World War II reality of government
"assistance" programs. He always said farming was much better when it was
market-driven, rather than controlled by government programs designed to "help"
the farmer. My Dad was right. In Britain and Europe today, many family-owned
farms are going into the trash heap of history. Once the foot-and-mouth disease
is "safely contained", so many farmers might be out of business that the
situation can never return to normal.
If enough farms are closed, and people try to go back to their normal meat
eating habits, they might find that prices are skyrocketing, as demand far
outstrips supply. This new market reality then just might be the ultimate factor
in driving people into a vegetarian diet. GAINING CONTROL OF A NATION'S FOOD
SUPPLY THROUGH "CRISIS" In the long-term, the large monied men of the Illuminati
will have possession of the farm land they have coveted for generations. They
will control the food supply of Britain and Europe like never before. The people
will then be totally dependent upon these monied Illuminists for their very
survival.
The dictatorship planned under the boot of the Antichrist will be driven home
through the food chain, so that few subjects will complain too loudly or too
vociferously when the oppressions begin to hit home. If you think this statement
is too harsh, or unrealistic, consider this quote from Buckminster Fuller, a
prime mover and shaker in the New World Order Plan. Fuller specializes in the
Hunger Project, is a founder of the World Game Laboratories, and has sat on the
Planetary Initiative's World Council of Wise Persons. He states:

held control of the world's lines of vital supply have done so only by becoming
THE MASTERS in the game of establishing supreme human power over all other
subpowerful organizations -- ergo, invisibly over all humanity."
